5 DAY RWANDA TOUR

Day 1: Kigali
Upon your arrival in Kigali, you will be  welcome by our staff who will brief you and transfer you to  check-in at hotel – After lunch, enjoy Kigali city and learn about the Rwandan culture dinner and overnight at budget hotel.

Day 2: Akagera National Park
ransfer to Akagera National Park for Game drive where theres an opportunity to see over different species of antelopes, over 624species of birds including the rare shoe bill stock, papyrus gynolek and the big 5 i.e. Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Buffalo and Ele-phant) and many more dinner and overnight at hotel

Day 3: Ruhengeri, Introduction to Local Culture
Transfer to Ruhengeri , visit community based activities where you can learn to produce banana ,sorg-hum beer,( local beers) acquire the ethno botany skills, make your own as you enjoy the beautiful handicrafts made out of banana leaves ,as you experience traditional dancing, drumming and singing,  you wont mis to learn how to make a traditional dish together with a local family dinner and overnight at hotel (optional stay in home with the locals

Day 4: Gorilla trekking and Buhanga Forest:
Track one of the last remaining mountain gorilla families in the world, to some they call it  lifetime experience  afternoon excursion into Buhanga forest (Where all Rwandan Kings were initiated) optional transfer to  the beautiful twin lakes of Ruhondo and Burera. Dinner

Day 5: Volunteer in Rwanda

Alternative full day volunteer to some humanitarian projects like visit to some of our humanitarian projects such as Orphanage homes as you observe the Country’s challenges, the history and cultures. After Transfer to Kigali and off to the airport.
