Ngorongoro crater safari offers you the opportunity to explore the Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area, regarded to be "The World's 8th Wonder", very rich in unique and wonderful wildlife which includes Lions, Rhinos, Elephants, Wildebeests,Zebras and many more. Ngorongoro Crater region was once a gigantic volcano, expected to be taller than Kilimanjaro. However when it collapsed a huge bowl ringed by 500mtrs high walls, measuring 18kms across and encompassing a total area of 260sq kms was formed.

ITINERARY
Day 1: Arusha - Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania
After breakfast, drive to the crater with unique views of the high altitude rain forest surrounding the ring. Lunch at your lodge. Afternoon descend to the crater for game viewing. Ngorongoro Serena Lodge built into the rim of a dormant volcano. The plant and ivy-covered native stone blends perfectly with the surroundings. Guest rooms have private terraces with views of the crater floor where countless animals make their home.
Lunch at the lodge and afternoon you will have crater tour. The crater is a unique conservation area where Lion, Elephant, Rhino and Buffalo roam in perfect safety. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge or Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge, L,D

Day 2. Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania
Full day spent in Ngorongoro Crater game viewing on the crater floor. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge or Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge, B, L, D.


Day 3. Arusha
After breakfast drive back to Arusha for drop off at your hotel.
