2 DAYS CHIMP TREK IN KIBALE FOREST

Day 1 After early morning breakfast you will depart for kibale National Park.  Drive through a green country side, with some rolling hills and traditional homesteads stop over for lunch, drive to reach Fort Portal that lies in the Fabulous Mountains of the moons offering you great scenery, relax at the Lodge and then in the afternoon visit the Bigodi wetlands to view its rare fauna and flora with plenty of birds. Including even the rare shoe bill , It is a birders paradise. Dinner and overnight at Attaco rest camp or Primates Lodge Budge/House tree lodge

Day 2 Early morning chimp trek Chimpanzees tracking after breakfast depart for the trek of chimps in the forest. The park is also known  for its  greatest number of primates like the red tailed monkey, Grey cheek Mangabeys, baboons, colobus monkeys, Bushbabies and others. Watch out for mammals like smaller elephants, giant forest hog, buffalo, and antelope species. The guided walk provides detailed explanation in flora and fauna to ensure that the excursion is enjoyable and informative.  In the afternoon you will then drive back to Kampala  , transfer to the airport for your departure flight
