5 Days Gorilla & Wildlife Adventures Uganda, Uganda Gorilla Trekking Safari Tours
The 5 days gorilla trek and wildlife safari in Uganda takes you to Bwindi impenetrable national park where you will experience the gorilla trekking experience in the mist, after visit Queen Elizabeth for the wildlife viewing and the boat cruise along the Kazinga channel which connects the Ramsar Lake George to Lake Edward and then end with the visit to the Kalinzu forest for the chimpanzee trekking and other primates and birdlife species!
Day 1: Kampala-Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After your breakfast, meet the driver/guide and thereafter transfer to western Uganda via Masaka-Mbarara high way with en-route stop at the equator and en-route at Agip Motel. Thereafter drive to the gorilla sanctuary through this beautiful mountain scenery. You will reach Bwindi in the evening where you will check in at the Buhoma Heaven Lodge/Buhoma Rest Camp. Day 2: Gorilla Trekking-Bwindi Forest
Have breakfast and briefing by park ranger guides. Carry parked lunch, embark on a 30 minutes – 8 hours trek hunting for the Mountain gorillas. The tracking starts at the spot where the gorillas were last seen the previous day. After a quite one hour observing the gorillas, return to your accommodations before going for the Community walk. Day 3: Transfer-Queen Elizabeth National Park
Have breakfast and take early morning transfer to Queen National Park via the famous Ishasha southern sector known for the rare African tree climbing lions in the branches of the fig trees, later in drive the Mweya peninsula for Dinner and Overnight at Enganzi Lodge/Bush Lodge, Meal plan: F/B.
Day 4: Game drive-Boat Cruise
Dawn game drive for animals common in this National Park like Elephants, Buffaloes, antelopes, lions, warthogs, leopards, Hyenas, Jackals and a lot more, then return to lodge for lunch. Afternoon, head to Kazinga Channel for the afternoon launch cruise at the Kazinga channel where you may see a variety of wildlife, bird species including Flamingoes and aquatic animals like crocodiles and hippos. Day 5: Kalinzu Forest-Departure
Have breakfast and after drive to Kalinzu forest for the walk will be guided providing information about chimpanzees, other primates, fauna and flora making it informative and interesting and after drive back Kampala.
