This short Uganda safari is organized in a way that you are able to spot the interesting tourism attractions in Uganda’s national park.
Day 1: Transfer-Queen Elizabeth National Park
Upon your arrival at Bunagana border you will meet our tour/driver guides with the safari jeeps and after exchanging the welcome hospitality embark the safari jeep and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Stop for your lunch and thereafter drive to the Ishasha southern sector to look for the tree climbing lions and other wildlife species like Elephants, buffaloes, water and bush bucks, warthogs, oribi, topi among others. Dinner and overnight at Savannah Hotel Resort/Ishasha Jungle Lodge. Meal plan: Half Board-(Lunch and Dinner)
Day 2: Ishasha Southern Sector-Mweya Peninsula
After breakfast, take another dawn game drive into the Ishasha sector looking for more African tree climbing lions and other wildlife species and then after transfer to the Mweya peninsula and take evening photographic wildlife game drive viewing spotting various water animals such as Elephants, buffaloes, water and bush bucks, warthogs and so many birds. Dinner and overnight at Mweya safari Lodge. Meal plan: Full Board
Day 3: Game drive & Boat Ride
After early morning breakfast go for another game drive at the Kasenyi mating ground to spot the lions, elephants, buffaloes, water and bush back, warthogs and other species of Antelopes. Return to lodge for lunch, after in the evening take the boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel which connects the Ramsar Lake George into Lake Edward and on this cruise expect to spot the various wildlife and birdlife species along the shores of the Channel. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight, Meal plan: Full Board
Day 4: Queen Elizabeth National Park-Murchison Falls National Park
An early breakfast and after embark the safari jeep and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park with lunch en-route and upon at the park take the ferry crossing to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge. Meal plan: F/B
Day 5: Game drive & Boat Ride along the Nile
Early in the morning, wake up with a game drive experience through the park. Take game drive on the northern banks of the Nile for the best adventure to catch up with the early risers that include lions, buffaloes taking an early drink at the gorge, Uganda Kobs, Jackson’s hartebeest, water bucks, baboons, oribi and elephants. Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation, you will go for a boat trip up to the bottom of the great Murchison Falls. Expect to get close to a variety of animals over 4000 amazing hippos, in addition to some huge Nile crocodiles, Antelopes, elephants, lots of birds including the fish eagle, storks, if lucky you may see the rare shoebills and so many more. Day 6: Game Drive-Transfer Fort Portal
Early in the morning, wake up with a short game drive experience through the park to spot more wildlife like lions, buffaloes, giraffes, warthogs, elephants,Uganda Kobs, Jackson’s hartebeest, water bucks, baboons, oribi among others. After embark the safari jeep and transfer to Fort portal with lunch en-route and have rest stay at Mountain of the Moon Hotel. Meal plan: F/B
Day 7: Fort Portal-Bunagana Border
Have your breakfast, after take leisure drive towards to the Bunagana border for the drop and this marks the end of the services.
