Day 1: Kigali City Tour

Pick up from Kigali and head to Nyamata genocide memorial site, this is 27 Kms which is 30 Minutes’ drive to this great Catholic church which made history.in 1994 Genocide that let to the original church being abandoned,tour the church with the site guide after drive to Ruhengeri with a short visit to Gisozi memorial site. The drive to Ruhengeri is 2 hours drive. Check in at Mountain gorilla view /Muhabula or any similar for dinner and over night.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking-Volcanoes National Park

Morning wake up, with cup of tea /full breakfast, after drive to Kinigi the briefing gorilla point where your gorilla group will be chosen/selected after having enjoyed the Kinyarwanda local entertainment. Proceed to the Gorilla trekking which is once a lifetime experience. After the trekking, get your certificate after drive back to your hotel for lunch and overnight. Optional village walk for photographs, dinner and overnight as above.

Day 3 Second day of the Gorilla Trek

After full breakfast, drive to the previous place for briefing and enjoy the second Gorilla trek, this trekking will be totally unique from the previous one as here you will trek a new gorilla family you will enjoy seeing babies and juveniles praying after the trek you will proceed to the lodge for lunch . and relaxation as you wait to have an evening visit to the bat cave. After drive to the hotel for dinner and over night.

Day 4: Return to Kigali

Have breakfast and after drive to the airport /Kigali for your flight back home. And this will mark the end of your 4 days double prime gorilla trekking vacation safaris into the country of thousand hills.
