Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi and Transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve

Arrive in Nairobi and transfer to the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve, one of Africa’s most famous wildlife locations. Located in southwestern Kenya, the Mara is part of the larger Mara-Serengeti ecosystem, which is renowned for its annual Great Migration, where millions of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles travel across the plains in search of fresh grazing.

The reserve is home to the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhinoceros—as well as cheetahs, giraffes, hippos, and a variety of bird species. Day 2: Explore in Masai Mara National Reserve

You may choose to have a lazy breakfast and set off for a full-day game drive from 9 am to around 6 pm, with a packed picnic lunch, or an early morning game drive at 6:30 am (where you have the best chance of seeing various wildlife and witnessing predators hunt for food), which ends at around 10 am with a late breakfast at your lodge.
