Overview
One of the most exciting activities in Volcanoes National Park is the Bisoke Hike. Hiking Mount Bisoke is a unique adventure for both experienced and non-experienced Hikers. The hike will give you an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery and different forest animals, birds and more. You will be trekking the renowned Mountain Gorillas in Volcanoes National Park. And we can not talk about the Gorillas in Volcanoes, leaving out the great Zoologist Dian Fossey, who worked towards the conservation of the Mountain Gorillas. On this trip, you will also trek the beautiful and cute monkey species in Volcanoes.

Detailed Safari Program
Day 1: Pick up from your Hotel and Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
After your morning breakfast, the tour driver guide will pick you from your Hotel and drive to Volcanoes National Park.
This is scenic journey as you get to enjoy the beauty of the Land of a thousand Hills (Rwanda). On arrival at Volcanoes, you will visit the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund for a virtual reality of Gorilla trekking which will prepare you for your Gorilla Trekking activity and also to know more about Dian Fossey who worked so hard for the conservation of the Mountain Gorillas. Dinner and overnight at Gorillas Volcanoes Hotel

Day 2: Bisoke Hike Tour
In the morning, the driver will pick you up to transfer to the park Headquarters for briefing regarding hiking of the Bisoke Hike, and thereafter, you will begin your Day’s activity in company of trained ranger guides. While on the hike, you’ll see beautiful scenery and other forest creatures, like duikers, forest hogs, birds, primates and more. The summit may be reached in about 6 hours, including lunch break. Following the adventure, you will spend time and share knowledge on different things at the peak, getting to know beautiful surroundings. You will then descend to the location where you will meet the driver guide to drive back to your Hotel.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking and Cultural Tour
On this day, you will have a great time meeting with the mountain gorillas in Volcanoes national park! After a tasty breakfast, you guide will pick you from the lodge. On reaching the Volcanoes Park offices, you will be briefed on the rules / guidelines for trekking the gorillas and then assigned to a gorilla group to track. After the briefing, you will then proceed to track the mountain gorillas. Once you spot the gorillas, follow instructions from the ranger guides.
You will be allowed to spend up to 1 hour with them. The experience in the jungle and meeting the gorillas is sometimes underrated when described but what I can say is that, its magical. After the trekking, you will trail back to meet your driver guide. After the trekking experience, you will be driven to Ibwiwachu community, where you will be introduced to the Rwandese through traditional; dances, poems, dressing codes among others. Dinner and overnight at transfer to Sambora Kinigi for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 4: Golden Monkey Trekking
Have breakfast and drive to the park headquarters for registration and briefing. You will then start the trail following the ranger guide to trek the Golden Monkeys. Learn more about how they feed, day to day activities, as well as learning how the locals live and survive near the National Park. The ranger guide will share with you more about the Park in general, formation of different features, how golden monkeys survive among other interesting related stories. After viewing the Golden Monkeys, you will walk back to meet your driver guide. Have lunch and transfer to Kigali which marks the end of your Safari.
