The costed 7 day best of Tanzania northern circuit will take you through all the topmost destinations in the northern part of the country. The most famous activity in the country is the great wildebeest migration that take place throughout the year in the different places of Serengeti.

Detailed itinerary

Day 1- Meet on arrival, drive to Arusha National Park

After a meet and great with your professional guide/ driver, he will take you through your itinerary and after you drive off to Arusha National Park where you will go for the game drive. The drive is a 40-minute drive from Kilimanjaro international airport to Arusha national park. Despite the small size of the park, common animals include giraffe, Cape buffalo, zebra, warthog, the black-and-white colobus monkey, the blue monkey, flamingo, elephant, bushbuck and many other African animals can be seen. Leopard populations are present, but rarely seen. After the drive you will drive to your lodge at Kibo Palace Hotel for Dinner and overnight. HB

Day 2 – Drive to Lake Manyara for a game drive

After the breakfast in the morning, you will drive to lake manyara national park for yet another encounter with the richness of Tanzania. The drive is a 2-hour drive and along the way, you will witness the true beauty of Tanzania landscape. Among the animals you are likely to encounter include monkeys, antelopes, gazelles, baboons, hyenas, warthogs, giraffes, zebras, klipspringers, impalas, tree climbing lions and many others. Day 3 – Serengeti National Park for game drive

After the breakfast depart with lunch box to Serengeti national park, the drive to the park is a three-hour drive. Once you arrive to the park you will start with the search for the wildebeest. Beside wildebeest, you will also see other various wildlife and birds that embrace the park. Surely you will be exploited with the animals. Day 4 – Full day exploring Serengeti

Given the size of Serengeti, the half day explore is like throwing a stone in the lake. Therefore, we have allocated this whole day for Serengeti to let you explore the birds, animals and the landscape of this magnificent park. Beside the wildebeest, also look for the big cats and the big five that all lives within the park. After the exhausting day, spend your night at Kubukubu lodge where you will also have dinner. Day 5- Drive to Ngorongoro on arrive descend the crater for a game drive and crater tour

On our fifth day we shall drive to Ngorongoro crater, on your ascending to the biggest caldera in the world. Meet the black wildebeest which are endemic, and these ones are not migrant as their cousins, the blue wildest, therefore you will be able to find them there at any time of the year. You will also spot zebras and the big cats. In otherwards, whatever you miss out at Serengeti, you might find it in Ngorongoro national park. Beside wildebeest, also encounter the Ngorongoro crater, the biggest caldera in the world which is not the lake. Day 6 – drive to Tarangire,

After the breakfast, transfer to tarangire national park on arrival game drive and game viewing. The popular animals that bless the park including wildebeest, giraffe, lions, cheetahs, leopard and other herbivores. Day 7- transfer to Arusha
